Pumpkin soup, schnitzel with pumpkin seed batter, fried pumpkin, vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seed oil and roasted pumpkin seeds

Goose soup with breadcrumb dumplings, red cabbage and chestnut strudel, roast goose and duck with red cabbage and potato dumplings, fried goose liver with tartar sauce, fried dough with orange-apple sauce, gingerbread parfait
